Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the Greek yoghurrt, milk and cheese and add a little bit more milk if needed until it is like a smooth sauce. Add the seasoning and mix well.
  • Using your spiralizer finely cut up the white and red cabbage and the carrots and place them in the bowl with the sauce.
  • Mix well and serve!

Notes

If you like a coleslaw that has a more cheesey sauce then swap the Greek yoghurt for quark.
