Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place all your ingredients (apart from 25g shredded chicken) in the soup maker and blend.
  • Add a little water if it is too thick or a little Greek Yoghurt if it is not thick enough.
  • Mix in the rest of the chicken so that you have a few nice lumps of the chicken and serve with some crispy chicken and chips.

Notes

You can alter this as a leftover meal after Christmas or Thanksgiving by swapping the chicken for turkey.
