Welcome to the ultimate air fryer pumpkin parcels recipe. If you have been following my food blog for even a short length of time you’ll know that I am into frugal family cooking.
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and layer it with pumpkin pie filling making sure there is a 1cm gap around the edges.
Cut it up into 9 square pieces.
Cover the gaps with beaten egg so that you will have that lovely egg glow.
Place in the airfryer on a baking sheet for 12 minutes at 180c.
Serve!
Notes
I have used puff pastry in this recipe as I love the way it puffs everything up, but you can just as easily use leftover shortcut pastry via our mini pumpkin pies recipe.
