Three Ingredient Air fryer Shortbread Fingers

Welcome to our three ingredient airfryer shortbread fingers. I know we only had shortbread yesterday but what can I say other than that I am a huge shortbread addict.

Instructions

  • Preheat your airfryer to 180c.
  • Mix flour and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add the butter and rub into the flour and sugar.
  • Knead the mixture well until it is lovely and smooth.
  • Make into finger shapes and decorate with fork markings.
  • Cook in the airfryer on a baking sheet for 12 minutes.

Notes

If you want your fingers to be more firm then cook for 14 minutes or if you like it really soft like cookie dough then cook for 10 minutes.
