Welcome to my ultimate vegan lentil soup in the soup maker. A lot of people will not know that I was a vegetarian as a child.

Instructions

  • You drain the moong dal beans after soaking them for an hour
  • Then add everything into your soup maker.
  • Put it on the smooth setting and set it to start.
  • After it has finished make sure all the ingredients and mixed well together.
  • Serve with some croutons.

Notes

If you prefer a creamier soup then I suggest that you add a medium sized potato or some butternut squash to the soup.
