Soup Maker Butternut Squash & Leek Soup

Welcome to my soup maker butternut squash and leek soup. There are a lot of people out there that don’t eat potatoes.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Dice the butternut squash, leeks and onions and place them in your soup maker.
  • Add water and seasoning then cook for 25 minutes on the cook and blend setting.
  • Once cooked add the Greek Yoghurt and then blend again.
  • Serve!

Notes

If you want it with more cream then swap the Greek Yoghurt for soft cheese but I personally find that with this recipe it is creamy enough!
