Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add your soft cheese and seasonings.
  • Chop up your leeks into traditional bite sized pieces. Do the same with your chicken.
  • Place your chicken and leek in the bowl and mix well.
  • Place the chicken and leeks onto skewers and turn the machine on.
  • Cook for 25 minutes or until the leeks and chicken have a lovely golden colour.

Notes

If you want to add a little variety to your kebabs then I suggest that you mix them up with a different kebab for each skewer or you can have loads of meat, fish and vegetables pre-chopped and then people can choose what they want on their own kebabs.
