Place your diced onion in your pot and fry with a little olive oil until your onion is golden. Add the garlic puree and stir well.
Add a 250g carton of soft cheese along with 100ml of milk and mix well.
Add the pasta and turn up the heat and put the lid on.
Boil for 15 minutes stirring every 4-5 minutes so that the sauce doesn’t stick to the pan.
Once the pasta is 80% cooked add the cheese and seasoning and keep stirring regularly until the pasta is done.
Serve!

When you mix soft cheese together with milk it makes a delicious creamy sauce, then just add your favourite flavours and you have a lovely sauce without any grains and without any bad bits!
