My Air Fryer Honey & Mustard Pork Balls

Welcome to my Air Fryer honey and mustard pork balls. If you’ve read some of my recent blog posts then you’ll know that I am a meatballs addict.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix your meat, onion and seasoning until it is also mixed in well.
  • Form into balls
  • Cook for 14 minutes on a 200c temperature in your Air Fryer
  • Serve!

Notes

If you want to take the flavour a step further then I would suggest adding some small cubes of apple to the mixture before rolling them into balls.
Also note that due to the texture of pork mince and how naturally fatty it is, you won’t need to add oil to your Air Fryer!
