My Soup Maker Creamy Pumpkin & Garlic Soup

Would you believe that up until a month ago, I had never even tried a pumpkin and didn’t even know what they tasted like.

Instructions

  • In your soup machine add your diced pumpkin and seasoning.
  • Peel and dice the onion and add it to the soup machine.
  • Cook on a medium heat for 25 minutes with 200ml of warm water.
  • Then using the blend feature on the soup machine so that you have a lovely smooth soup.
  • Serve!

Notes

We find that adding garlic to the soup can give it a lovely flavour. But if you prefer you can have mustard instead.
