Thinly dice the fresh tomato into small pieces and season well with oregano and salt and pepper.
In a small mixing bowl add together the garlic puree and the olive oil. Add in the seasonings, give a quick mix and put to one side.
Slice up the ciabatta into medium slices and then using a pastry brush, brush one side with the garlicky, oily mix.
Cook in the Airfryer in the Airfryer Grill pan with the oil side down for 4 minutes at 180c/360f.
Using tongs turn it over and then decorate the other side with the cheese, then the tomatoes and then the fresh basil.
Cook in the Airfryer for a further 2 minutes at 200c/390f.
Serve immediately while still warm.
