Slimming World Pepperoni & Cheese Pizza Chips Recipe
Delicious Slimming World Chips loaded up with pepperoni and cheese. Cooked in the Airfryer and perfect for your next Netflix Marathon.

Peel and slice your potatoes into fries. Place them in the Airfryer and cook for 12 minutes on 180c/360f with the olive oil.
Remove the Slimming World Chips from the Airfryer and place them into the Airfryer Baking Pan.
Mix the freshly diced tomatoes with the oregano and salt and pepper and then place over the chips in the baking pan. Then cover it with the cheese, then the pepperoni and then more cheese.
Cook for a further 3 minutes at 160c/320f and when it beeps serve immediately.
I always measure out my olive oil into a measuring cup and then slowly sprinkle it over the top. Then using the tongs I then mix them well so that every fry is well coated.
It’s important that you well season the tomatoes as tomatoes can taste rather bland if you don’t include lots of salt, pepper and oregano. As an alternative to pepperoni you can also use chorizo. I prefer chorizo and it is so flavoursome and so much healthier than pepperoni.
