Air Fried Chickpeas Recipe
A delicious side dish of air fried chickpeas. Perfect for the plant based life, healthy eating or just because you are bored of rice.
Place your chickpeas into a sieve and rinse them with cold water until they are clean and drained.
Place the chickpeas into the Airfryer baking pan and cook in the Airfryer at 200c/400f for 5 minutes.
Remove from the Airfryer, add the oil and seasoning, give a good shake and then cook for a further 7 minutes at 200c.
You will need an Airfryer Baking Pan (or similar) to cook your chickpeas in. Otherwise a lot of the chickpeas will fall into the bottom of your Airfryer. I get my tins of chickpeas in a big 520g can.
I used just under half a can and it’s amazing how many it makes. For the best results carry out instruction 1 an hour before cooking them. This will help them dry out more and give a more crispy end result.
I recommend you check out our Air Fryer Accessories to see what accessories you need.
