Lemon Chicken Marinade. This is my BEST EVER lemon chicken marinade recipe. It is perfect for if you are looking for a lemon marinade for chicken that you can use over and over again in a range of meals. Plus, one that is so EASY to do that even your kids could make.

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the garlic cloves into chunks.
  • Using a citrus press juice 2 lemons.
  • Take the lid off the citrus press, add to it your garlic and then season it further with oregano.
  • Place the citrus press ingredients into a freezer bag.
  • Lay out your chicken breasts onto a clean chopping board. Season them with salt, pepper and chicken rub.
  • Add them to your bag, give it a shake and then you’re done.

Notes

For portion sizes 1 chicken breast can be rather large. Therefore, ½ a chicken breast per person is fine when you add potatoes and vegetables to your dinner plate. You could use 4 small to medium lemons or 2 large ones to make your lemon chicken marinade.
