Lemon Chicken Marinade
Starting with the flavours of the Greek Islands let’s have some lemon chicken marinade. Very simple to make and perfect if you have some spare lemon that you don’t know what to do with.
Rub the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Peel and dice the garlic cloves.
Place the ingredients together in a freezer bag including the chicken and shake.
After an hour cook in the Airfryer for 15 minutes at 180c/360f in its baking pan.
The wonderful thing about this lemon chicken marinade is that you can do the same recipe with pork, turkey or white fish, it is so versatile.
