Best Ever Mediterranean Chicken Marinade

If you want the best of the Mediterranean then this is the chicken marinade for you. Full of flavour and a reminder of why Mediterranean food is so amazing.

Instructions

  • Season full chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Put them to one side.
  • In the Airfryer baking pan add all the ingredients (apart from the chicken) and give it a good stir with a wooden spoon.
  • Add to it the chicken breast. Mix well with your hands and place the Airfryer baking pan inside your Airfryer.
  • Cook for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Turn the chicken and cook for a further 8 minutes at the same temperature.

Notes

You can fridge it and freeze it if you wish. Or cook it straight away. You can also speed up the cooking time by cooking the chicken in strips rather than as full chicken breasts in the Airfryer.
