I live in Portugal and the Portuguese cooking is all about the Piri Piri Chicken. It is amazing and tastes so good. It is often served with rice and salad and is a dream come true when cooked in the Airfryer.
Place all of the ingredients into a freezer bag. Give it a good shake and place in the fridge for an hour.
Remove the chicken and place it on the grill pan in your Airfryer cook for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
Turn over with tongs and then cook on the other side for a further 5 minutes at the same temperature.
