Instructions

  • Remove the Air Fryer basket from your Air Fryer and replace it with the Air Fryer grill pan.
  • Place your chicken breasts in the grill pan.
  • Season them with salt and pepper along with a teaspoon drizzle of olive oil on each breast.
  • Cook the chicken breasts for 12 minutes at 175c/350f.
  • When cooked use your knife to create perfect sliced chicken.
  • Serve.

Notes

Tarragon is my favourite option for a quick seasoning for the chicken, in case it is a bit plain for you. I use my specialist cutting knife to cut up the chicken. It then gives perfect sized cuts and makes it look like a professional chef has chopped up the chicken.
