Breaded Air Fryer Pork Chops

  • Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 175c/350f.
  • Blend your bread into breadcrumbs.
  • Season your pork chops with a little salt and pepper. Then rub a little olive oil into the meat.
  • In a mixing bowl add the plain flour along with salt, pepper and pork seasoning.
  • In a second bowl beat an egg and add to it the apple juice.
  • In a third bowl add the breadcrumbs along with salt, pepper and parsley.
  • Place the pork chops into the flour, then into the egg mixture and then finally give it a really good coating of the breadcrumbs.
  • Cook the pork chops in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 175c/350f.


I have found it cooks better if you use bone in pork chops in the Air Fryer. Don’t over crowd the air fryer cook 2 large pork chops at a time.
