Instructions

  • Peel and dice your turnips and season them with salt and pepper.
  • Place them on top of your steamer shelf (trivet) inside of your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker.
  • Pour over a cup/240ml of water.
  • Place the lid on your Instant Pot. Set the valve to sealing and cook for 4 minutes on manual.
  • Quickly remove pressure with quick pressure release.
  • Season with extra salt and pepper.
  • Serve.

Notes

Turnip tends to lose its flavour in the Instant Pot. This is why I season my Instant Pot Turnips with salt and pepper, both before and after cooking.
