Air Fryer Steak & French Fries
Delicious Steak & French Fries in the air fryer just like the way the French make it. A quick meal in the air fryer with easy prep.
Peel and chop your potatoes into French Fries. Place them in a mixing bowl and season them with salt and pepper. Pour in the bacon olive oil and mix with your hands so that all the oil coats the fries.
Place the French Fries in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 175c/350f.
Pound the steaks with a tenderiser and season with salt and pepper.
When the air fryer beeps give the French fries a shake and make sure none are stuck to the air fryer basket.
Place the steaks on top of the fries and cook for a further 6 minutes at the same temperature.
Spread a thin layer of garlic butter over each steak before serving. It will melt because of the heat of the steak.
Serve the steak and French Fries with your choice of sides.
