Mediterranean Paleo Burgers In The Air Fryer

My favourite EVER Mediterranean Burgers in the Air Fryer. Full of Mediterranean flavours, yet healthy too. Served with a fried egg and fried onions, this will become a regular in your house. Paleo friendly, Whole30 friendly and Gluten Free too.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the ¼ of an onion.
  • Place the mince, the garlic and the onion into a mixing bowl with the seasoning and mix well.
  • Make into hamburger shapes.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Serve with a fried egg, sweet potato fries and some fried onion.

Notes

Depending on the size of your air fryer you could cook the sweet potato fries in the air fryer with the burgers. Though this time we cooked the burgers first and while the fried egg and the fried onions were cooking, cooked our air fryer sweet potato fries.
 
We use garlic puree when cooking with garlic. Its much quicker than having to peel and mince garlic and you can buy it pureed in water. We used mince that was a mixture of pork mince and beef mince. You could use whatever you have or whatever is your favourite.
