Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place a slice of toast in the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes at 200c/400f.
  • After 4 minutes turn it over and cook for 4 minutes on the other side.
  • Spread the top of it with mashed avocado and serve.

Notes

I mashed 100g worth of avocado (the weight after the skin and stone was removed) and placed it in the fridge prior to starting my toast. If you want warm avocado, 2 minutes before the toast is done, spread the mashed avocado over the toast.
Then allow it to cook for the last 2 minutes with the avocado over the toast. From a Syns point of view for Slimming World it is 1 Syn for each 12g of avocado. Therefore, considering this is serving four people, it just over 2 Syns per person. Or if you wanted 2 slices then you would be talking 2 Syns.
