  • On a clean chopping board, peel and dice your onion and place it into the slow cooker.
  • Add the marinade ingredients to the slow cooker and mix it in with the onion.
  • Smother the skin parts of the turkey legs into the marinade.
  • Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Serve.

Notes

You can swap honey for balsamic vinegar or maple syrup, if that’s more your thing. You can also cook your slow cooker turkey legs on low for 8 hours instead of high.
