On a clean chopping board, peel and dice your onion and place it into the slow cooker.
Add the marinade ingredients to the slow cooker and mix it in with the onion.
Smother the skin parts of the turkey legs into the marinade.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve.

You can swap honey for balsamic vinegar or maple syrup, if that’s more your thing. You can also cook your slow cooker turkey legs on low for 8 hours instead of high.
