Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 500 g Fat Free Fromage Frais
  • Handful Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Tbsp Stevia
  • Few Drops Red Food Colouring

Instructions

  • Place your yoghurt and sugar into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
  • Add in vanilla essence, red food colouring and mix well.
  • Clean and slice your strawberries and add to the yoghurt.
  • Serve with spare fresh strawberries.

Notes

Under the rules of Slimming World you’re not allowed to have strawberries blended as pureed fruit carries a Syn value. But if you’re not on Slimming World you could swap red food colouring for pureed strawberries instead.
Its your muller light yoghurt. If you want more strawberries then add more strawberries, if you want more stevia then add extra stevia.
