Instant Pot Pumpkin
Instant Pot Pumpkin learn how to cook a whole pumpkin in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. So easy and flavoursome you will wonder why you hadn’t cooked your whole pumpkins for years using the Instant Pot method.
- 1 Small Whole Pumpkin
- Salt & Pepper
Place your whole pumpkin in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker
Pour over it a cup of cold water.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 18 minutes on manual pressure.
Use Quick Pressure Release when it beeps and remove the pumpkin from the Instant Pot.
Slice the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds, season with salt and pepper and serve.
Don’t skip the salt and pepper stage as pumpkin can be bland without it. My favourite serving suggestion is to remove the seeds and load it up with Instant Pot Bolognese.
