Air Fryer Honey & Mustard Pork Meatballs
Air Fryer Honey & Mustard Pork Meatballs. Delicious honey and mustard ground pork meatballs cooked in the air fryer. A flavoursome pork meatball thanks to the mix of sweet honey and spicy yellow mustard.
Peel and thinly dice the red onion.
Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well until the pork mince is well seasoned.
Using a meatball press create your meatballs. If needed add some oat flour to combine them together.
Place the pork meatballs into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
Serve while still warm.
My pork meatballs used this meatball press. They are a small to medium size, so add a couple more minutes if you have large meatballs.
We used this brand of honey, it is not overly sweet and perfect for cooking with.
The oat flour we recommend is Bob’s Red Mill and it is gluten free and perfect if you follow the Paleo or other similar diets.
The honey is what gives the skin of the meatballs such a fantastic crunchy glow. We recommend that if you don’t like honey that you use something similar like maple syrup.
