  • 907 g Pack Frozen Roast Potatoes
  • 1 Tsp Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Place frozen roast potatoes into the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes on 180c/360f.

  • Check on your roast potatoes with a fork and if not soft enough cook for a further 3 minutes.

Notes

Seasoning. You can also swap dried rosemary for a small amount of fresh rosemary.
Homemade. You could blanche your own white potatoes or sweet potatoes, freeze them and then cook frozen roast potatoes later.
Crispy. If you feel your frozen roast potatoes are not crispy enough its easy to make them crispier. Spray with extra virgin olive oil, then cook for a further 8 minutes at 200c/400f.
Fat. If you are using duck fat roast potatoes, then you wont need to crisp them up for as long as they already have the fat in them and don’t need as much cook time.
