Clean your potatoes and slice your potatoes into wedges.
Load the wedges into a bowl and add your seasonings and your extra virgin olive oil. Mix with your hands until well coated.,
Then place the wedges into the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
Do the fork test and if fork tender, increase the temperature to 200c/400f and cook for a further 7 minutes.
Serve with your favourite sauce.
