Sous Vide Sirloin Steak. How to Sous Vide Sirloin Steak to a perfect medium. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and served on a steak stone with garlic bacon crispy potatoes.

Instructions

  • Season your sirloin steaks with salt and pepper. Place the sirloin steaks inside vacuum bags and seal them with your sealing machine.
  • Preheat your water bath to 54c/129.2f and place your steaks into the bath.
  • Cook for an hour and then remove your sirloin steaks with tongs.
  • While your steak is cooking in the sous vide warm up your steak stone and plan what sauces and sides you plan to have with your sirloin steak.
  • When the steak is cooked place them on the steak stone with a little extra salt and pepper. Sear it for a couple of minutes and serve with your favourite sides.

Notes

If you don’t have a steak stone this is the one we have. They make having steak such a special event and we have 3 of them in our kitchen.
The sirloin steaks we cooked were 7oz and 8oz.
