Air Fryer Dark Chocolate Ganache
Air Fryer Dark Chocolate Ganache. A delicious quick chocolate sauce made in the air fryer. Way too good for sharing and requires just a few simple pantry ingredients.
Break up your dark chocolate into easy to melt squares.
Place into your cake pan your butter, honey and dark chocolate.
Place your cake pan into your air fryer basket.
Cook for 2 minutes at 160c/320f.
Stir and add in your Greek Yoghurt.
If you wanted to make a chocolate caramel ganache, you could use a caramel chocolate instead.
My number #1 tool for this is an air fryer cake pan. It makes delicious chocolate ganache and stops any spilling, is easy to clean too.
If you don’t want to measure out your ingredients remember that a teaspoon of sugar i.e. honey or maple syrup as well as butter being 20% of the amount of chocolate. i.e. 150g of chocolate to 30g of butter.
