We cooked our Air Fryer Greek lamb chops in an air fryer oven, but this recipe can also be used for the regular air fryer, you will just need to place your air fryer lamb chops over your potatoes.
The size of the lamb shoulder chops that we cooked varied from small at 142g to large at 210g.
Greek lamb chops taste best the longer they marinate in the fridge in their bag. But if you are short of time 2 hours is fine. Or if you like make ahead meals, then prep the ingredients the night before and leave them in the fridge until the next day for cooking.
