Air Fryer Oven Pizza Rolls. Introducing you to our air fryer homemade pizza rolls made with leftover homemade pizza dough and so simple to load up with your favourite pizza roll fillings.

  • Roll out your leftover pizza dough and using a pizza cutter, cut it into 8 equal pizza slices.

  • Layer it with pizza sauce, a teaspoon of soft cheese and stick your hard cheese to it. Add some grated cheese too.

  • Roll it from the biggest to the smallest part until you have 8 croissant shaped pizza rolls. Cover the tops with egg wash.

  • Place the pizza rolls into a baking tray and add the baking tray to the middle shelf of your air fryer oven. Cook at 180c/360f for 10 minutes. Serve warm.

We used grated gouda but any hard cheese grated works well. For our hard cheese chunks, we used mild cheddar cheese, but you can use any cheese that melts well.
By using the soft cheese first, the hard cheese sticks to it making it much easier to roll up and to keep the cheese in the pizza rolls.
You can mix and match for your favourite types of pizza toppings. One of my other favourites is ham and cheese.
We have created a video showing a similar way to do the air fryer oven pizza rolls. These are bigger than our standard ones and took 15 minutes to cook.
