Air Fryer Frozen Breakfast Sausage Patties. How to cook your favourite breakfast sausage patties from frozen in your Air Fryer. Also includes how to cook crispy breakfast potatoes with bacon at the same time.
Air Fryer Breakfast Sausage Ingredients:
- 4 Frozen Breakfast Sausage Patties
- 500 g White Potatoes
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
Dice your potatoes into medium sized breakfast potato cubes.
Slice your bacon rashers into small cubes.
In a bowl mix together your breakfast potatoes, bacon, olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley.
Place into your air fryer basket your breakfast potatoes and layer 4 of your breakfast sausage patties over the potatoes.
Cook for 12 minutes at 160c/320f and then remove the breakfast sausages using either tongs or a spatula.
Shake the potatoes, flip your breakfast potatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
If you don’t want breakfast potatoes and just want your frozen breakfast sausages, then you can cook the breakfast sausages for less. You would still cook your breakfast sausages for 12 minutes at 160c but then you would only need a further cook of 2 minutes at 200c.
It is essential that you shake your breakfast potatoes during cooking. Otherwise they will stick together and be dry and not crispy.
