Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies
Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies. The BEST soft chocolate chip cookies baked in the air fryer. The problem is you can’t just stop at one air fryer cookie.
Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients:
Preheat your Air Fryer to 180c/360f.
Place your butter and sugars into a mixing bowl and using a hand mixer mix your fat into your sugars. Do this until it is well mixed and is light and fluffy.
Add the flour, honey, milk, cocoa powder and vanilla and mix well with a fork.
Cover your hands with flour so that the cookie mixture won’t stick wont them.
Roll in the chocolate chips or crushed chocolate with your hands.
Mix with your hands for a couple of minutes making sure everything is well coated.
Roll out into 12 small cookie balls.
Place them on a baking sheet inside your Air Fryer. Or use your air fryer grill pan.
Cook for 15 minutes on 180c/360f.
In the old days I always used a silicone baking sheet inside of my air fryer. This saved on any mess and then the cookies don’t stick to the air fryer basket. But I have since upgraded to an air fryer grill pan which is perfect for cookies and worth the investment.
If you have some spare chocolate in the house place it inside a sandwich bag and bash it with a rolling pin. It will then resemble chocolate chips and is a much cheaper option. My favourite chocolates for doing this with are Galaxy & Cadburys.
We used heaped tablespoons of honey because we are addicted to it. You could use less if you wish or swap it for maple syrup.
