Air Fryer Turkey Burger Ingredients:
- 2 Yorkshire Puddings
- 30 g Cooked Turkey
- 150 g Slow Cooker Stuffing For Turkey
- 100 g Instant Pot Cauliflower Cheese
- 5 Air Fryer Roast Potatoes
- 5 Roast Parsnips
- 2 Tbsp Mashed Potato
- 25 g Brussel Sprouts
- 1 Tbsp Gravy
- 1 Tsp Chives
- 2 Tsp Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
- Breadcrumbs optional
Instructions
- Chop everything into medium chunks so that everything will be easy to mix. You don’t want any huge pieces of Yorkshire Pudding or big chunks of turkey. Add everything to a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight to completely cool.
- Add in any extras such as cheese or breadcrumbs.
- Using your hands mush everything together so that it forms an enormous meatball.
- Shape into turkey burger shapes and place back in the fridge for a further hour or you can add to freezer bags for the freezer.
- Place your turkey burgers in the air fryer grill pan (up to 4 at a time) and cook for 18 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Serve with burger garnish inside crusty bread rolls.
Notes
These are the exact leftover turkey burgers that we have cooked in the air fryer for many years. It makes a delicious use of leftover roast dinner, leftover thanksgiving turkey or leftover Christmas food.
