Air Fryer Baked Oatmeal Ingredients:
Extra Baked Oatmeal Ingredients:
- Handful Fresh Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Raspberries
- 2 Tbsp Mixed Berries
Mash your banana with a fork in your bowl. Add in the vanilla essence, honey, oats and eggs. Mix well. Add in the Greek yoghurt and a little milk at a time until you have a pancake style batter.
Add in any extra ingredients and mix.
Place into ramekins, cups, mugs etc and place into your air fryer basket.
Cook for 8 minutes at 200c/400f.
The air fryer baked oatmeal does get very hot in the middle, so allow to cool for a little before eating.
I have included 3 different extra ingredient options and just choose one type for each ramekin you are filling. You can also use blueberry powder if blueberries are not in season where you are.
You can use the recipe above that makes 4 ramekins and make them in a baking dish in the air fryer oven instead.
If using rolled oats then adjust the time to 12 minutes.
