Instructions

  • Place your whole chicken on top of its packaging and season with salt and pepper, add a layer of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Use string to tie the two legs together so that it will be more compact during the cooking process.
  • Add the chicken to the rotisserie accessory and make sure it is securely fastened inside of your air fryer oven.
  • Set the temperature to 180c/360f and the time to 50 minutes.
  • Check on it a couple of times during the cooking process to make sure it is rotating correctly.
  • Serve.

Notes

For your whole chicken, I recommend Butcher Box for a quality chicken that will taste the best in your air fryer oven.
You can also add in extra seasoning if you prefer, such as dried rosemary.
