Remove your frozen lasagna from its box and main packaging and place in its tray inside of your air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 minutes at 100c/210f to allow it to almost defrost.
Cook for a further 30 minutes at 160c/320f.
Check to see if it is piping hot in the centre and if it is fully reheated serve.
Notes
Time adjustment for the air fryer oven. Firstly, cook on the top shelf of the air fryer oven. We used a 1 kilo (2.5 bigger) frozen lasagna in the air fryer oven and as you can imagine takes much longer. Cook for 20 minutes at 120c/250f, followed by another 25 minutes at 170c/340f. Then check to make sure it is piping hot in the centre. You can use any homemade or shop bought lasagne that has been placed in the freezer until frozen. You could also use a vegetarian or keto version. We also found that using a very low defrost temperature stops the lasagna from being overcooked on top and not cooked in the middle.
