Blender Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl. How to make a delicious yet simple strawberry banana smoothie bowl with your blender. A wonderful healthy quick breakfast that is easy to adapt based on your favourite ingredients.
Slice your bananas into medium chunks.
Load your sliced bananas and frozen strawberries into the blender and blitz until they are smooth.
Add in the stevia, quick oats and coconut milk and blend slightly until everything is well mixed.
Serve in a bowl with extra strawberries, banana and extra quick oats served on top.
I reserved about 25g of strawberries, 10g of quick oats and 40g of bananas for on top.
The quick oats I used were my favourite Bobs Red Mill Quick Oats.
You can use stevia, honey, maple syrup, or your own favourite natural sugar.
