In the instant pot, add your diced beef, salt, pepper, olive oil and onion.
Sauté until your beef is browned.
Add in the red wine to deglaze your instant pot.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 75 minutes on pressure cook/manual.
Manually release pressure, stir and serve with your air fryer dumplings.

I love the Kettle & Fire Stock. It makes an excellent back up for your beef stew and dumplings if you don’t have any beef broth or beef stock already.You can mix and match your vegetables and potatoes, depending on the ingredients you have in your pantry. You can also make it potato free, by adding in more rutabaga.The time for your instant pot beef stew, depends on how full the instant pot is. Ours had a lot in it so we cooked it for 75 minutes rather than 60.
