Chicken Soup Recipe Ingredients:
Dice your chicken breast, season with sea salt and load into the soup maker.
Clean, peel and dice your potatoes and vegetables.
Load into the soup maker your potatoes, vegetables, seasoning and milk and mix.
Add in 300ml of stock and place the lid on the soup maker.
Set it to 26 minutes on chunky soup.
When it beeps get a piece of chicken breast to make sure it is cooked and if it is cooked, add in the yoghurt and any extra seasoning and blend.
I used one chicken breast as I had lots of vegetables to use up. But you could use less vegetables and use 2 chicken breasts instead.
You can use any yoghurt at the end. I like fat free Greek yoghurt the most, though it is about personal preference.
