Lentil Soup Recipe Ingredients:


  • Clean, peel and dice your vegetables.
  • Season the diced tomatoes with sea salt.
  • Rinse your red lentils.
  • Place the red lentils and vegetables into the soup maker.
  • Add in 250ml of vegetable stock.
  • Add seasoning and stir.
  • Place the lid on the soup maker and cook for 26 minutes.
  • Blend and serve.


I like to check the amount of liquid after cooking before blending. This is because tomatoes carry a lot of water and you don’t want to end up with a watery soup.
I use a quick Thai curry seasoning. That way it can be like a Red Thai Vegan Curry Soup and tastes delicious. You can swap this for your own favourite seasoning if you prefer.
