Soup Maker Vegetable Soup. How to make the best homemade vegetable soup in a soup maker.
Vegetable Soup Recipe Ingredients:
- ½ Large Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Celery Sticks
- 2 Large Carrots
- 2 Parsnips
- 1 Medium Sweet Potato
- 1 Tsp Thyme
- 2 Tsp Basil
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Vegetable OXO Cube optional
- 1 Tbsp Fat Free Yoghurt
Clean, peel and dice your vegetables
Place your chopped vegetables into your soup maker.
Add in the seasoning along with either 500ml of veggie stock or 500ml of water.
Mix and place the lid on your soup maker.
Cook for 26 minutes and once cooked, check and blend.
Add in yoghurt and serve.
For vegetables you can mix and match and have a fridge raid on your leftovers. We used onion, celery, carrot, sweet potato and parsnip.
I always check my soup before blending. That is because you want to make sure there is enough liquid or not too much.
