In a mixing bowl add all your seasonings and turkey and mix well.
Add a little coconut milk to make them soft and creamy so that they don’t dry out.

Cook in the air fryer at 160c/320f for 5 minutes.
We get our pastry sheets from the Chinese supermarket. They are very thin and great for making spring rolls and samosas in them.
They also sell them in big packs, and you will find that they will last a long time. You can use any shredded meat and any filling to your samosas.
Leftover rotisserie chicken is another great alternative. If cooking frozen samosas in the air fryer, adjust the time to 8 minutes and the temperature to 180c/360f.
