Instructions

  • Count out and remove 30 frozen shrimp from your freezer bag.
  • Load into a mixing bowl with your cajun seasoning, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Toss and load into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 6 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Once cooked sprinkle with extra cajun seasoning and the juice of a lime.

Notes

I add extra cajun seasoning at the end because I like it spicy. For a milder taste discard this step.
You can expand the amount of shrimp you cook up to 50 without altering the recipe ingredients.
You can use any garlic puree/minced garlic. Its all about personal preference. Though avoid dried garlic as it’s the moisture from the garlic puree that makes this cajun shrimp so special.
