Air Fryer Shrimp Scampi. Introducing you to frozen shrimp scampi in the air fryer. Delicious shrimp scampi cooked from frozen, loaded with garlic, butter, fresh parsley, lemon and white wine. Let this be your new favourite air fryer seafood dish.

Ingredients

Air Fryer Shrimp Scampi Ingredients:

  • 30 Frozen Shrimp
  • 40 g Butter
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Small Lemon juice only
  • 75 ml White Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel and thinly slice your fresh garlic.
  • Chop up your butter into bite sized pieces.
  • Shred the fresh parsley.
  • Load all the ingredients apart from the frozen shrimp into the pizza pan and mix well with a fork.
  • Submerge the shrimp into the mixture and place the pizza pan into the air fryer basket or the air fryer oven.
  • Cook for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Serve in small tapas dishes and eat with a fork like they do on the Mediterranean!

Notes

I made this air fryer shrimp scampi just for me but hit the servings button to increase it to feed more people. You could also double the shrimp and still use the same quantities of other ingredients to feed two.
On Keto? Then lose the white wine as everything else is Keto friendly! Though it is still perfect for a low carb diet.
You can also reserve a little lemon juice for later to serve with your shrimp.
