Air Fryer Black Pudding Ingredients:
If your black pudding is still frozen cook your roll of black pudding in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 80c/180f as this will make is soft enough to slice.
Remove from the air fryer. Slice and as you slice remove the black pudding wrapper.
Place the slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes at 180c/360f.
You can cook as many slices of black pudding as you like, just as long as it doesn’t overlap. We managed to cook 9 slices of black pudding together in our Philips Air Fryer XXL.
Air fryer black pudding cook time varies on the thickness of your black pudding. Thin for 7 minutes, medium for 9 minutes and thick for 10 minutes. Our black pudding was medium.
