Air Fryer Italian Sausage & Peppers Ingredients:

Instructions

  • Place frozen stuck together sausages into the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • While the Italian sausages are defrosting, prep the peppers. Slice the top off the peppers and pull out the seeds. Slice the bell peppers length ways.
  • In a mixing bowl add seasonings and extra virgin olive oil. Add in your bell peppers and onions, if adding onions. Mix with your hands.
  • Break up your sausages (it will be easy now) and pour in your pepper mixture. Shake the air fryer basket and cook for a further 10 minutes at the same temperature.
  • Serve.

Notes

If you are adding in a white onion, peel and thinly slice it and add it to the bell peppers when mixing the ingredients.
You can swap Italian sausages for any butcher style thick homemade sausage.
