Ingredients

Blueberry Jam Tarts Recipe Ingredients:

Instructions

  • Follow the instructions of our sweet air fryer pie crust or use shop bought.
  • Flour your tart tins to stop the pastry from sticking.
  • Roll out the pie crust onto a worktop and layer over your tart tins.
  • Cut around the tart tins so that you have a pie crust for each one.
  • Load your tarts ¾ full with your blueberry jam.
  • Place in the air fryer basket or air fryer oven (top shelf) and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Serve.

Notes

You can mix and match any jam into your air fryer jam tarts. We love lemon curd and blueberry jam the most. But go with what you have in.
A good tip is to use any leftover pie crust and fill and make into air fryer blueberry hand pies.
